I will research the market to determine the best price for your home and provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) considering factors such as similar homes in the area, recently sold properties and their prices, and the condition of your home. Setting the price too high can leave your home on the market for too long, while setting the price too low can result in leaving money on the table. When pricing your home, the goal is to find the sweet spot that will get you the most money in the shortest period of time.
