Pricing Your Home

Deciding on a list price is one of the most important parts of listing. Price your home too high and there will be little interest in the home, price your home too low and potentially sell for less than what the home is worth. There are many factors that go into the price and I'm here to help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of comparable homes and the prices being paid for the homes in your region. We will also consider your competition - other similar homes for sale that are competing with your property. Considering selling and curious about the value of your home?
